Tomorrow, the teenagers and I are going to be out and about so I decided, in order to stay on track with our healthy eating lifestyle, we will have a picnic. We are going to have a tuna salad. Not tuna salad but a salad with tuna on it. It has baby spinach, onions, tomatoes, cheese and tuna.
I made our salad and our snack in jars. I threw all the ingredients in, put on the lid and popped the jars into the fridge. Tomorrow, we’ll shake them up, open them up and eat them up. Less mess=Less stress…am I right?
Our snack consists of plain Greek yogurt, flaxseed, honey, blueberries, bananas, organic unsweetened shredded coconut and pecans. Again, shake and eat. So easy!
