I have two batches of water kefir fermenting. These are on their first ferment. The cloudiness in the bottom of the jars is the kefir grains.
These are on their second ferment. The water was strained and the kefir grains were used to start the next batch. I added fresh peaches to the fermented water in these jars.
I’ve been enjoying this jar of strawberry water kefir. So much healthier than soda or fruit-flavored drinks.
