Oatmeal with Flaxseed

0710160909a1/2 cup of rolled oats

1/2-1 cup fruit of your choice (I’ve tried strawberries, blueberries and pineapple-all delicious!)

Flaxseed (as much as you want)

1 tsp sugar or artificial sweetener (optional)

Butter (optional)

Put fruit in bowl. Sprinkle with sugar and mix. Add flaxseed. Add butter. Cook oats as directed. When oats are ready, pour over fruit and stir. Let stand 30 seconds so the heat from the oats can soften the fruit and dissolve the sugar and butter. Stir and eat.
